At Kofukan, we believe in tracking the progress of our students and ensuring their growth, which is why we conduct periodical karate tests to evaluate their skills and recognize their achievements.

Every year we conduct Karate Competition Exclusively at School levels, District , State and National Championships. In addition to our regular classes we consistently conduct coaching camps by our India Chief and by our grand master Keiji Tomiyama (From England) every year to enrich the latest developments from across the globe and learn the most effective techniques, strategies, and philosophies of the art of karate.Our training camps are open to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and are tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Since Karate has been included in School Games Federation of India (SGFI) and Khelo India University Games , it is very useful to the students for admission on Sports Quota to the Profession / Higher Education

Kofukan India led by highly respected Chief Technical Director Shihan M Kanaharaj M.A M.Phil -Black Belt 7th Dan (Japan). With over 40 years of experience in the art of karate, Shihan M.Kanaharaj is dedicated towards inspiring and training the next generation of champions and mentoring several Black Belt Instructors.He is a former National Champion & represented India in many International/World Championships .Over the years he held several high-level positions namely Asian Referee, National Coach, Asian Games 2010 Coach, Examiner and held top level executive posts at National Karate Bodies/Associations, Tournament Director for National Games, Ex General Secretary @ Tamilnadu Sports Karate Association(TSKA) and Presently serving as Advisor/Director @ TSKA

Our Karate Champions have entered prestigious institutions like Anna University,Madras Institute of technology(MIT) ,Kilpauk Medical College(KMC) ,Madras Medical College and other premier institutions via sports quota .Many of our Karate Professionals got recruited at Tamilnadu Police, Indian Army,BSF,Commando ITBP etc.
